Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Service, you will have to become a member of GoldDinarSilverDirham.com by subscribing and creating a GoldDinarSilverDirham.com account. When you create your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, and keep that information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and for any and all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account. Further, you are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to your account by accessing the Website through an Internet access provider or other third party service. You may never use another user's account without permission.

By providing GoldDinarSilverDirham.com your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notice required by law, in lieu of written communication by postal mail. Transactions

All precious metals sales are final.

After you have requested for an order via the Website, a detailed order email will be sent to you from GDSD International within one business day. You may also refer to your order details by logging into your Website user account. If you do not receive an order number (ID), the order was not captured by the Website and will not be processed by GDSD International.

While we strive to keep our prices and inventory current, variances may occur due to changing market conditions, stock availability, and/or typographical errors. All prices are based upon spot price are automatically recalibrated every few minutes, at checkout and after the receipt and clearance of the full payment for an order.

Payment Timeframe

Payment must always be initiated within one (1) Business Day of your order date and be received in full within two (2) Business Days thereafter. GDSD International will only confirm and lock-in the bullion order price after receipt and clearance of the full payment for an order.

Cancellation of Orders and Market Loss Policy

GDSD International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that GDSD International is unable for whatsoever reason to procure any or adequate bullion to satisfy your order, or if customer payment is not received within the stipulated Payment Timeframe detailed above, or when the confirmed price is incorrect, whether due to computer-related problems or otherwise, pricing error, incorrect item descriptions or sudden movements in the precious metals market or export/import restrictions. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk to GDSD International.

All precious metal prices are subject to market fluctuations prior to the sale. GDSD International is not responsible for typographical errors found on the Website and reserves the right to void a sale at our discretion. Market volatility or problems updating the Website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a canceled transaction.

GDSD International will only confirm and lock-in the price of your order after your payment is received and cleared in full during official Malaysian Business Hours. The lock-in will occur within 24 hours after the full payment is received and cleared. No notification will be sent to the customer when this occurs.

Upon full receipt of your payment, GDSD International reserves the right to void a sale and refund the customer the full value of the purchased item(s) when sudden bullish movements exceeding 5% in the precious metals market occur between the order date and date of receipt of full payment. Subsequently, GDSD International may contact you directly, within 24 hours, with a new price offer in accordance with the current precious metal prices as published on the current Website.

All customer order cancellations are subject to our “Market Loss Policy” plus a 5% of purchase price restocking fee. You are responsible for any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price or prices, if your order(s) is cancelled by you. That amount will be charged to you, in addition to the restocking fee. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of GDSD International. This is our ‘Market Loss Policy’.

Cancellations, once approved, will be confirmed by email through the issuance of an “Order Cancellation” email. We will invoice you according to the Market Loss Policy with a thirty (30) day timeframe to pay the amount due in full. No future orders are permitted until any market loss is paid in full.

If any customer cancels or does not pay for an order, he or she will not be able to purchase from GDSD International again. If he or she has any money on account or pays for a future order, that money will be applied to the previous unpaid order less the restocking fee and applicable market loss. The customer is not entitled to any market gain.

Payments to GDSD International by customers located in Malaysia must be paid in MYR using one of the following methods where viable:-

Delivery & Shipping

No precious metals will be shipped from GDSD International until payment for said precious metals is received in full. Shipment and delivery of all precious metals shall occur approximate between 2-3 weeks of placing the order on the Website.

GDSD International only ships to the address referenced on your Bank Wire. Thus, Bank Wire Transfers must include your name as well as the shipping address (including city, state and zip code). If for whatever reason an address is not present on the wire transfer, your order will not be authorized by our security department for shipment and your money will be immediately refunded.

Domestic Self-Collection for Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Residents
Customers may choose to self collect the bullion purchased. The collection point shall be at the following address:-

The date and time for the domestic collection will be communicated privately to you when your shipment is ready for pick up.

Domestic Shipping within Malaysia:-

Rates can be found by adding your selected items to your shopping cart and entering your zip code into the shipping calculator. The prices shown include the cost of shipping via PosLaju Malaysia. Packages shipped via PosLaju Malaysia carry limited insurance coverage. Packages below 2kg are insured up to MYR100 and packages exceeding 2kg are insured up to MYR300.

Should you opt to use PosLaju Malaysia as your method of delivery, you expressly acknowledge that GDSD International is not liable, and you have sole responsibility, for risks associated for utilizing this delivery method for your purchase. In the event that a package has not been delivered by our shipping carrier, GDSD International will not be able refund or reship the purchased product.

Estimated shipping dates and times seen on the individual product pages are calculated from the time after your full payment is received by GDSD International. Shipping times will be extended if we are not able to reach your via phone or email to obtain further information regarding your payment, where applicable. All orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping.

All orders are shipped in full once every product on the order is in stock. If your order contains an item that is delayed, the order will ship once all products on the order are in stock.

If you feel a package is damaged or has been tampered upon arrival, do not accept the package and notify GDSD International immediately. Once the customer has signed for the package GDSD International assumes no further responsibility and liability for the order.

International Shipping:-
GDSD International currently ships to any destinations outside Malaysia using Fedex. Each package shipped via Fedex is insured up to USD1000.

The Authorized Dealers at GDSD International are generally commissioned salespersons. Their commissions are usually greatest on silver bullion related products. Their work experience, knowledge, background and training vary widely. They and/or GDSD International may receive, from time to time, undisclosed compensation for recommending specific coin or currency products (including but not limited to contests, cooperative advertising, and trading profits in coins that they may own and/or sell). GDSD International’s employees and agents are not licensed as investment advisors and are not authorized to recommend the purchase or sale of any product or investment other than the products specifically sold by GDSD International. Check with a licensed professional with expertise in a particular market before making a decision to buy or sell any security, bond, annuity or financial instrument. Further, Authorized Dealers at GDSD International are not tax advisors and may not provide any advice regarding taxability, tax rates or related issues for any product GDSD International sells. Electronic Order Entry Risk

GDSD International shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, which you may incur due to the use or termination of the Website, or due to the fault or negligence of any entity furnishing any facilities, equipment or services used in connection with the Website, or due to the failure or delays in transmission, malfunction of equipment, breakdown or failure of any telecommunications systems, software or hardware provided by any entity used to operate the Website, or due to any other cause beyond the reasonable control or anticipation of GDSD International.

Order entry systems have been designed to provide an efficient and dependable method for entering orders. Commercial internet service providers are not 100% reliable and a failure by one or more of these providers may affect internet-based order entry. You shall indemnify and hold harmless GDSD International and its affiliates, directors, officers and shareholders from and against any and all costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, that you may incur as a result of, or in connection with, (i) any breach of any representation or warranty made by you to GDSD International or (ii) your failure to comply with this User Agreement or the policies adopted by GDSD International.

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Website. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GDSD International, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint venture partners, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Website, the Service, or the Website content, or any violation by you of this User Agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold GDSD International harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from:

(b) any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to our web sites infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or
(c) your activities in connection with the Service or any GDSD International products or services. You must assume responsibility and liability for all decisions that you make on the basis of the information herein contained.

GDSD International makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the fitness and accuracy of the information provided or for the results obtained by using the information. Limitation of Liability

Moreover, GDSD International will not incur liability for errors or omissions of such communication.

However, if it is determined that GDSD International is liable to you in connection with any transaction pursuant to this User Agreement, the liability to GDSD International shall be limited to the amount you paid in such transaction and GDSD International shall not be liable for any consequential, exemplary or indirect damages.

GDSD International reserves the right to modify any product or service information contained on our website or in any publication without notifying current or prospective subscribers or customers. In no event shall GDSD International r be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the information contained on our Website or in any publication.

Force Majeure

No failure or omission by GDSD International to carry out its obligation under this User Agreement shall be deemed a breach of this User Agreement if such failure or omission arises out of any event that is beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war or warlike hostilities, civil commotion, riots, acts of terrorism, blockades, embargoes, sabotage, strikes, lockouts, governmental import and/or export restrictions, nationalization of precious metals, shortage of material or labor as a consequence of any reason whatsoever, delay in deliveries from sub-contractors, whether caused by force majeure or otherwise, epidemics of infectious diseases or such other circumstances that may cause a delay or failure to perform such obligation through no fault of GDSD International.

In the event that GDSD International has to cancel the order due to a Force Majeure event as provided above, GDSD International shall refund the payment you made for such order. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the entire liability of GDSD International for such cancellation shall be limited to the amount that you paid for such order and that no claims may be made by you for any appreciation in the value of bullion or any other losses whatsoever, whether direct or indirect and whether foreseeable or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, legal and beneficial title and rights to the bullion are only deemed transferred to you when the delivery has been completed.

If GDSD International cannot perform any obligation hereunder as a result of any event that is beyond its control, GDSD International’s delay or failure to perform such obligation shall be excused and GDSD International shall not be liable for any damages as a result of, or in connection with, such delay or such failure.

Default and Expenses of Collection

Upon any failure by you to comply with your obligations to GDSD International, we shall be entitled to any and all of the remedies available to us, whether at law, in equity or otherwise.

Without limiting its rights and remedies, GDSD International may, at its sole discretion, suspend, terminate or turn your account over to a collection agency or an attorney for appropriate legal action. GDSD International may also charge your credit or debit card to cover any market losses it incurred as a result of your non-compliance. Therefore, you authorize GDSD International to charge your user account for such amount(s) arising from your non-compliance to this User Agreement.

In the event that GDSD International must take any action against you to enforce your obligations under this User Agreement, including, without limitation, turning your account over to a collection agency or a lawyer for collection, you shall be liable for all of the costs and expenses incurred by GDSD International in connection with such action.

In the event that GDSD International must take any legal action against you to enforce your obligations under this User Agreement, including the submission of your account to a collection agency or attorney, you agree to pay all of the costs and expenses incurred by GDSD International, including all attorneys’ fees.

Termination

Either GDSD International or you may terminate this User Agreement, with or without cause, at any time by written notice to the other party, subject to this User Agreement. The termination of this User Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of GDSD International and you with respect to the period prior to the termination.

GDSD International shall have the right to terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Following the termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and we may, in our discretion, cancel any outstanding product orders. If your access to the Website is terminated, we reserve the right to exercise whatever means we deem necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Website, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider. This User Agreement and Terms of Use will survive indefinitely unless and until we choose to terminate it, regardless of whether any account you open is terminated by you or us or if you have the right to access or use the Website.
